Your Thoughts? is a new networking club, created to bring together Villagers who share a curiosity about and a zest for life. Your Thoughts? is offered by the Lifelong Learning Institute of Hot Springs Village and its academic partner, Henderson State University.

Your Thoughts? meetings will be held on the 2nd Monday of each month from 4:00pm - 5:30pm at the DeSoto Club. Each monthly meeting will be a structured discussion about two pre-announced questions, however, the conversation is expected to flow into a variety of stimulating directions.

The starter questions for the first meeting (Monday, October 14) will be:

 

Is social media making people more or less connected?  

Which lesser known films do you highly recommend?

The starter questions for the 2nd meeting (Monday, November 11) will be:

​

What are your Thanksgiving holiday memories (good and bad)? 

What are your favorite and unique Thanksgiving recipes?

​

Future starter questions will involve such topics as books, art, travel, music, movies, advances in technology, science and medicine, and other topics contributed by participants (note: discussion of religion or politics will be discouraged).
