The Lifelong Learning Institute of Hot Springs Village proudly presents Michael Dryhurst at the Woodlands Auditorium!
If you want a perspective of the motion picture industry, come hear Michael Dryhurst describe what it is like to be behind the scenes. Michael will also be talking about his experiences with Frank Sinatra, Ava Gardner, Angela Lansbury, and Bruce Willis plus many more.
Author Michael Dryhurst was born into a movie family. His mother was a screen extra, his father eventually became the first independent producer in the U.K. and his late brother Chris was a first assistant director. Michael Dryhurst spent 50+ years in the industry, from clapper boy to producer/director, working with international talent both on-screen and behind the camera. He is the recipient of a Golden Globe award and now lives with his wife Karen, a former movie production accountant, in Hot Springs Village.
So make sure to join us at Woodlands Auditorium, Thursday March 24th at 2:00 PM. Admission is just $10 for LLI Members and $15 for non-LLI members. Go to www.hsvlli.org to reserve your seats. Tickets can also be purchased at the door on the day of the event.
